Prairie Sagewort

Prairie Sagewort (Artemisia frigida)-has light, silvery-green flowers, leaves and pompoms, and a slender stalk 1-2 feet high. It grows in dry open areas.
Dried and crushed, it is a popular seasoning used most often in stuffings for domestic fowl.
