Dandelion, Mock Coffee
Mock Coffee- Dig the Dandelions so you have plenty of those wonderful roots. Cut off the tops, then rinse well. Dry in the sun or in a very slow oven until brittle, then crush, such as in a mortar and pestle or blender. This makes a very delicious coffee substitute that contains no caffeine.
