Sourdough Hotcakes
2 cups sourdough starter
2 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. oill
1egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 scant tsp. soda- 1 full tsp. if real sour
In to Sourdough dump sugar, egg and oil. Mix well. Add soda the last thing. Dilute soda in 1 Tbsp. warm water.
Mix with finger. Fold-do not beat.
