Recipe, Berry Bannock

Berry Bannock
 Prepare bannock dough, but do not use any fat in the recipe, and for half of the baking powder substitute 1 teaspoon of cream of tarter. Any berry or fruit pulp may be used the pulp does the same job that fat normally would. Remember is you are wanting to produce a bannock, don't make scones or pancakes.
